Day 1 : Nairobi - Mt. Kenya.
Departing from Nairobi in the early morning and head to Mount Kenya region, home to Mt. Kenya, the tallest mountain in the region after Mt Kilimanjaro. Mt. Kenya is surrounded by Mt Kenya National Park. On arrival at your lodge, you will relax and enjoy the breathtaking landscape,
magnificent views of the regions second tallest mountain.
Other activities than can be found and enjoyed in the region includes horseback riding, swimming, nature trail, hiking or just a visit to the animal orphanage in its vicinity.
Overnight stay and dinner at your preferred lodge.
Day 2 : Mt. Kenya - Lake Nakuru.
After breakfast drive around the Northern part of the Aberdares ranges to descend into the Great Rift Valley, stopover at the
Thompson falls in Nyahururu for a slice of serenity by its cool waters. After lunch, relax and proceed to Lake Nakuru Nature park. Home of the famous pink lake and white rhino's. Lake Nakuru is home to over 450 species of birdlife.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive along the shores where you will have an opportunity to see millions of migratory birds including the Greater
and lesser flamingo. In the acacia woodland, gets an opportunity to see plain game including the white rhino and waterbuck.
We check in to your preferred lodge for Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 : Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara.
Depart after an early breakfast, climbing out of the Rift Valley escarpment and start our journey to the Masai Mara game reserve taking in the
fascination sceneries along the way. Check-in and have lunch, later you will enjoy an afternoon gamedrive in the Mara Plains.
Maasai Mara game reserve is rich with a diverse animals and species of birds. Most prominent animals here are Lions, Hyena, Wild dogs, Jackals, Zebras, Antelopes, Elephants. If you are lucky get to see some of the big cats hunting. Cheetahs and Leopards are harder to spot but reasonably common.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 4: Full Day Maasai Mara.
After breakfast, leave for a full day’s game drive to Masai Mara Game Reserve with a picnic lunch. Our morning and afternoon game drives take us in search of Africa's Big Five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve.
The Masai Mara Game Reserve is 1510km² of incredible wide-open landscapes and fertile riverine woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers in Kenya. One glimpse is enough to explain its appeal; it is classical open savannah, with a mass of amazing wildlife. In the evening we settle back to the lodge to enjoy its hostelry and to enjoy a relaxing evening.
Day 5: Masai Mara - Nairobi.
After breakfast, we depart from your lodge and take a morning game drive through the Park before departing for Nairobi, arriving late in the afternoon for your onward international flight.
